Day 1

The journey begins with a departure from Marrakech to Imlil, a village located in the High Atlas Mountains at an altitude of 1740 meters. From there, the trek ascends to the Tizi Mzik pass, which stands at 2684 meters, offering a spectacular view over the Imlil valley and the Toubkal Summit.. The adventure continues with a visit to Tamsoulte to admire the highest waterfalls in the Atlas Mountains, cascading from a height of 100 meters. After enjoying the breathtaking scenery, the trek descends through the scenic Azzaden valley, eventually reaching the village of Tizi Oussem.

The day concludes with an overnight stay at a guest house in the village, providing a comfortable rest after approximately 6 hours of walking.

Day 2

On the second day of the trek, the journey begins in Tizi Oussem, located at an altitude of 1850 meters, and descends to the village of Id Issa at 1800 meters. From there, the trek continues towards the Tizi Oudid mountain pass, standing at 2000 meters, offering stunning views of the surrounding landscapes before crossing through the picturesque Mattat village.

A well-deserved lunch break is planned under the shade of walnut groves, where you can relax and unwind by the river, enjoying the tranquil setting.

In the afternoon, a transfer will bring you back to Marrakech, with an estimated arrival time of around 5 pm. The second day involves approximately 5 hours of walking.
